Shipwreck (Day 642)
It was a bit brighter this morning, but there was a strong breeze blowing as I headed to town to change a kitchen tap. It should have been a simple job, but the stopcock wouldn't switch the water off so I spent a while sorting that out, before I could fit the tap. A couple of other complicating factors delayed me a bit more before I finally got finished and headed back home.
I was, thankfully, in time for lunch with my beautiful wife then a wander at Wasdale. Today's blip is from the side of the loch where an old boat is slowly decaying. It makes it look like a lovely day, but the wind was quite chilly, and too strong for cycling.
Back at home it wasn't long before HV disappeared off to work, the start of a totally ridiculous shift pattern. Does anyone know anything about employment law? Surely it can't be legal to work 76 out of 96 hours....
