Kippax is growing fast

A view from top of East View, the bare land between the houses and the first long hedge in the far distance is being dug up and around 200 new houses are being built on it. Shame really, it was a haven for wildlife and great for walking dogs, my boys used to play up there when they were young,
The land in front of the railings in the foreground is the new cemetery. The allotments are beyond it going downhill to the bungalows in the middle distance.  Selby Road is on the far horizon.
