Grains of change

After a freezing cold start I was pleasantly surprised by how mild and gloriously sunny it was at the beach. Watching the pup learning how to dig in the sand reminded me so much of my old spaniel who would dig a massive hole then turn around and dig from the opposite direction basically filling the hole back in!
It reminded me how nothing stays the same for long and the washing of the tide over the sand provides evidence of the endless cycle of change and renewal.
