Not a Valentine cake!

We don't 'celebrate' Valentine's Day in our house. We both think it's become yet another horrible scam to extract as much money as possible from as many people as possible.
Romanians have a lovely tradition for lovers later in the month, in just ten days (most of you know that my wife is Romanian), but 14 February is a romantically important day for us though that is just coincidence.
So I made a cake for my love.
