It's a long way down

We did a 3 hour walk this morning. I enjoy the walk but don't like getting there, the last mile or so is on like a loose cobbled path which sounds like dominoes when the car wheels go over it. You walk along a circular path for 1 hour 15 minutes, then it's a steep climb down and ultimately you have to climb back up again to the start point.
