Hong Kong Day 4

What a privilege to watch this cake being made from start to finish today! All the helps and gadgets, mixes and skills ....all to bring about another masterpiece! That SweetArt is one clever lady! And this evening we have been to celebrate with the birthday boy and his family and friends. He was delighted with his cake and reluctant to cut into it....but the red velvet inside made it more than worthwhile.

My extras show the view from the window here at either end of the day. I could sit and watch this for hours...(I hope they both show!)

Down on the beach as we left the plaza this afternoon, night lights set out in the shape of hearts were being lit because it's February 14th and Valentines' Day.....lots of selfies being taken too, by couples of course....
