Into the Unknown!!

So what did you do for Valentines day? I went to the hospital Physiotherapy unit to have my shoulder seen to again. It was a follow up appointment and my Philippino Physio bloke was brilliant again as usual. There was an improvement, which you don't really notice day to day but when the stress is put on the shoulder it was much better than a month ago. Some new exercises to do and only go back if I think I need to.

As for the blip, this is the entrance to the tunnel that goes from Great Western Road, underneath the railway lines and comes out at Gloucester railway station, just across the road is the bus station where my carriage was awaiting to whisk me back home, free of course, it's good having a bus pass   :-)  

Now to cook that fillet steak for Marlane and F.M.i.L. that I got yesterday for their valentines day. Not a very joyous day though as both my Grandmother on my fathers side and Marlanes father died on this day (1965 and 2004 respectively).
