The clean up begins

As with any trip like yesterday's up Mt Cloudsley, a big clean up follows.

A mountain of washing, sorting and drying out hardware, airing and drying pack and liner, cleaning and storing water bladder and drink bottles ... the list goes on.

I still had wet and dirty gear in the back of my car today. I put my boots and crampons beside my desk to start and dry. With large boots and intimidating metal fangs no one wanted to argue with me today ;-)

Today turned into a long one too. It was worth it to see a project I've been involved in progressing to the next stage.

A pile of washing awaits to be hung up, a quick kitchen tidy, then bed.
