I Can't Do Without My....

....garlic! 
I could say my Hubby, family and friends but one doesn't always have control over these things. Garlic I do. It is one of the things I can always find in abundance here and it is cheap. I use it fresh in nearly everything (savoury) and make sure I always have a good supply.  I am very fussy these days - the cloves must be fresh and juicy so they are moist when you squash them with a knife. I don't like the dry, rubbery cloves or any green shoots in the middle. I don't waste the older ones, though - you can always throw these in with the roast.
