My tracks around Melbourne Victoria....

So, there is a reason this is a map today and not the real life pictures of Melbourne CBD.... It's raining. Not just raining but storming and there was no way I could get my camera out to take shots of this amazing city. Fear not however, as I will be visiting again in the not too distant future.

It's spring here as of 2 days ago. You wouldn't know it. The wind chill is making it feel more like 4 degrees C, rather than the 11 C it really is. It's also Magpie breeding season and we are being bombarded from all angles as these protective birds show off to their girlfriends and protect their babies. I would like to point out at this time that I was minding my own business sleeping in my flat when I was woken up by one particularly fiesty magpie pecking at my window.... I was no where near his nest!!!! The locals call him 'Bobby' and he is well known!
