Boy Meets Dog

This is Brendan and the family dog, Gypsy. Today we spent a couple of hours taking photos of Brendan and his mom and dad and grandma - and Gypsy, of course.

I learn a little each time I do this. I'm noticing lots of noise on the indoor shots; the light was low and I probably should have used an alternative light source. And as Laurie pointed out, Melissa has a lock of hair hanging down and covering her face in many of the outdoor shots where she's leaning over the baby. Now why didn't I notice that??

Well, there are some lovely shots and I'm fairly pleased with what I got. But I'm taking notes for next time.
