Henry!

One of my sister's best friends, Henry, has been in SE Asia for a few months but we've so far failed to cross paths. When we realised we were so close by (he was on the Vietnamese island of Phu Quoc which is visible from Kampot), we slightly changed our plans to meet up.

He was due to arrive just after lunch but boats, buses and boarders always take longer than expected. I sat drinking iced coffee next to my hotel waiting for him to arrive. When he arrived a few hours late, he looked exhausted but pleased to see me. I assumed he was just frustrated by the long journey but it turned out he'd left his passport on the bus.

We took his bags up to our room ($4 each for a really nice room by the market) and went to the river for a beer. We managed to get in contact with the bus company and after an hour or so of worrying, they found the passport and celebrated by going for some more beers.
