A walk in the snow

Today the snow fell all day the had first predicted 5 cm of snow that quickly turned into 15 cm of wet snow.. I got out in the later in the afternoon as the snow continued. I found many birds out and around looking for food. I got to one spot and there must have been 10 cardinals looking for peanuts. See my extra shots . This hungry nuthatches did not care it was snowing still kept busy getting seeds from my hand.
