Gold
Been baking some gluten free cakes for the café today - I made a large G/F cherry and almond traybake ala Mary Berry but with G/F flour. Cupcakes: 2 varieties, Chocolate ones with seriously chocolaty fudge icing topped with a sprinkling of gold; will ice the vanilla cupcakes with a cream cheese topping tomorrow.
Would very much like to get out of the house tomorrow!!
