Looking up?

We hoped things were looking up today... Baby L has been bright and breezy all day and has kept down her food (even though portion size was very small)... until tonight. Oh dear. She'd had 36 hours of no vomiting and then, out of nowhere, up came her dinner. Will talk to a medical professional tomorrow, I think.
