Trapped and free

Another cold, dull day.  Baked a cake, did some shopping, had dinner and then went for a short walk.  Had friends round for tea.  This blip says two things to me, the top one that I sometimes feel trapped, especially if I don't  go for a walk!  The second is although the bird is on barbed wire its free.
