Winter Fondue!!

Having spent a large part of the day watching the Alpine World Ski Championships in St Moritz, and with the weather outside feeling as chilly as Switzerland, I decided to treat myself this evening to a Swiss Cheese Fondue! My last “real” food before it’s back on a strict FODMAP diet tomorrow… :(
