Save our lane!!

A colourful protest outside Glasgow City Chambers caught my eye this afternoon. A man dressed in top hat and tails was addressing passers-by on the evils of a proposed flats development in Otago Lane in the city's West End.
There were musicians - a saxophonist, bass player and guitarist. A bit hippy like.
I have to say, I've got a lot of sympathy for them. Otago Lane is a quaint unspoiled part of town, the development would be like a monstrosity.
