Not a day for running east

I will pay more attention to the weather forecast the next time I plan a run along the coast. It was blowing a hoolie in off the Forth with mahoosive waves crashing onto the prom at Silverknowes dumping sand and seaweed.
I was glad to reach the sanctuary of Newhaven.
