Let The Good Times Roll

I haven't been fully mobile for some months now. I certainly can't jog; indeed, I can only just walk, and then only with a limp. How, then, to exercise?

Doing a stationary five-minute ab programme has been reasonably successful, but more is needed. To this end I have invested in an ab wheel, which will allow me to work my core harder while remaining in place.

Let's see what happens.
