Wollaton park

It has rained and rained and rained some more today.

Jacob had a friend around for the day he has known since my antenatal days. Even though they haven't really seen each other for a year, as Jacob is now at a different school, it was great to see the bond they still have . There was no shyness, questions, comparing schools they were straight back into where they had left off - laughing, playing on the wii, watching silly youtube clips.

We had a very brief trip to Wollaton park as I had heard there was some sort of batman exhibition on due to the house being the setting for the new film, alas it was a wee bit feeble - apparently Warner Brothers were really tight and left them nothing to show - what no Christian Bale !!!!
