Ghastly Palace

A freezing cold, mud sodden, stupidly hilly cross country race took place at Alexandra Palace this afternoon. A very strong line up with a a couple of GB runners in it.

3 big laps of the plain and 3 climbs from the bottom to the very top. Why oh why.
