Ready for Cutting

My plan for tonight was to head out and take some evening landscape mono images (I'm approaching the halfway point of the Mono Month Challenge) but a cold front blew through late this afternoon, dropping the temperature and blowing in cloud around the mountains. Ah well.

So instead on the way back from running Jack down the drive (he always accompanies me when I go down to put the bins out on a Sunday - he loves the run down the hill) I took this image of my farmer landlord's baler, ready to cut and bale the paddock grass at the bottom of the property.
