Tuna less Tuna Salad

After a leisurely breakfast at the local coffee shop today has been all about my cooking course.

With only two units left I've a LOT of recipes still to make. So here is the 'tuna-less tuna salad' right before I added the vegan sour cream - yummy! It made a pretty tasty lunch, served in a wrap with some sliced tomatoes.

Next on the list is an Indian bhaji burger :)
