Walking in the Trees Again

It was early to bed last night after the food and wine show.  It turns out people watching in the hot sun is very tiring.  I did get to practice shoot from the hip as the people passed by on their way for food or wine.  Sauvignon Blanc gelato is to be recommended. 
This morning at breakfast our friend Ali asked if we had ever stopped at the Pelorus Bridge.  No we had always driven past.  It is another area with one of the last stands of river flat forest.  It is beside the main highway between Nelson and Blenheim and has several walks.  This is Ali taking her shot of the suspension bridge and me getting her in my shot.
