Community projects

We were led on a walk around an oasis of palms in the middle of arid lands, then were taken to community projects set up by the owner of our hotel. One was a women's agricultural cooperative, producing and selling argan oil and derivatives (shampoos and cooking oils), the other promoting bee-keeping (fabulous honeys).
