Almendras en Flor

This morning we walked round one of my favourite little places, Sant Agnès...it's famous on the island for it's fields full of almond blossom... It was good to wander, Asha on her bike, both of us stopping to take photos of the flowers... I've not been feeling great (Asha's cough & cold), so it was good to get some fresh air & have a change of scenery from town.

The next thing on the agenda is to make some more muffins of health, with almond flour...there's a theme today!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Coffee in bed this morning.
2) How easy it is to have a change of scenery here...and pretty much any kind of scenery you'd like - how amazing is that?!
3) Our lovely neighbour, Juan... I love all our exchanges with him...he's so warm towards us!
