Wet and windy...

It snowed late yesterday but didn't lie and today it's wet with a cold wind. We have a flock (if 8 constitutes a flock - perhaps a 'family '?) of goldfinches resident somewhere nearby. They are never away from the feeder with sunflower hearts. Except when I appear, trying to be invisible, to try to take a photo of them! They are beautiful, so I will keep trying.
