Elusive!

Went for a two hour walk with my walking friend in a light drizzle!  Very often when she goes by herself she sees deer in this field but whenever I'm with her we don't see any!  This morning It was me who spotted this huge beast!  It just stood there and waited till we had gone.  Amazing!  Some sort of deer but as I know nothing about them I couldn't say more.

On Thursday evening we went to John Lewis and collected my camera - the Powershot G16, which had been mended and is as good as new!  I'm so pleased to have it back!!  Last time it took a month,  this was much quicker.  Hope there isn't a third time!!
