Dressed fish!

I think the term 'dressed fish' means something fancy around the UK. In the West of Scotland it can only mean haddock or whiting, bought fresh from the fish van, and covered in a simple crumb ready for frying.

Only eaten on a Friday, and absolutely sublime!
