Leaving Summer

So normality returned today, a normal day of work and rain of course.

Annie popped into the school where she is chair of governors this morning. There has been significant building work over the summer. Apparently it will all be complete in time for the start of term in 3 days. She has her disbelieving face on!

I (Chris) have been out for the Wednesday off-road run in the Chilterns this evening. The days are shortening now, it is getting darker week by week. It will soon be time to switch back to road running or join the crazy gang with their head torches.
