Gold in them thar Hills 41/365

The metal detector club have struck gold. The find of a lifetime: a 2.2oz 24ct gold ancient piece of a torc. It might be Saxon or Viking... perhaps someone out there can beat the experts to the correct answer?  It's off to the British Museum for verification.
