Amongst other things (electricians ripping up floorboards - that kind of Other Thing) we had a meeting at the Museum of Royal Worcester [Porcelain factory] today which included being handed the Audio Tour and wandering around the wide variety of pottery.  Personally I'd have liked to have seen more of the process than the product but the place is well worth a visit if you're in the area.
