Beaks Are Good For.......

.....a) plowing snow, b) tapping on doors to get attention/food, c) plucking out competitors' tail feathers, d) all of the above.

"My" devoted pair of mallards are on the doorstep every morning like clockwork.  Today I was pleased to see bread bits raining down from the apartment upstairs.  Good to know I'm not the only sucker for cute wildlife.
