Spaced

Trying not to worry about something till you know whether it's actually something or not is a bit difficult.

Probably a release of fluid at the back of my eye, but as there's an old dark spot there as well I've been referred by my optician to the eye clinic for the eye to be scanned.

If it is fluid it's not uncommon, as the optician put it diplomatically, to occur in men of 'your age group'. That can resolve itself, and for the moment I don't want to know how it's resolved otherwise. In the meantime a little bit of background unease, but glad I went to get it looked at so soon after realising something felt (and looked) not right.
