The Hand

What a year this has been & we are only 6 weeks (I think?) in!

A wee fall, a wrist fracture and some surgery to fix it all back together again.

It is healing well though and hopefully in 2 weeks I will see the orthopaedic surgeon for the last time to confirm the bone has healed. In the meantime working with a lovely physiotherapist to get movement and function back. I am very motivated to do the exercises and get back to normal quickly.
