Empathy

A fab first day of our annual Board Strategy session, looking at progress over the last year and planning our forthcoming workplan.

We always try to find different ways of thinking about things, so this time used "Empathy Maps" - setting out our ambitions for success more in terms of senses rather than statistics. It worked incredibly well - really lively discussions and ideas!

We ended the evening with a brilliant debate about the role of information for young people in a post-truth world - topical and timely! What a superb debate. Left me feeling so grateful for the wise and insightful group of people we have leading our organisation who care so much about the young people we serve.
