No internet
Not very happy. We were changing our internet provider tomorrow (Friday). Everything was supposed to happen tomorrow, but VM disconnected the broadband on Monday morning. So I was on the phone to them straight away but they said they couldn't reconnect. Then on Wednesday afternoon somebody from V M phone and apology and offered us a great deal to stay,and Internet would be back on within the hour, so we said yes. Wrong. They are sending me a new hub as I haven't got one ( so they say) as you can see I have, but I can't use this one got to use new one which is coming tomorrow. Luckily I have got a mifi so I can get internet.
