Mustard Cress Four Weeks After Planting.

This mustard cress seed was planted at the beginning of August. I was soon snipping away little clumps of mustard cress which tasted peppery and mustard like so very good in salads and sandwiches. My biggest mistake was planting too much at the one time as 4 weeks on the cress has large leaves and little yellow flowers. Live and learn.
