Walking to Cullen

It was a very cold day, but fine for walking with a light wind and some sunshine.

We had a good breakfast and left the hotel for the last time, the coach taking us to Findochty to start our walk.  It was a super walk, high above the very spectacular sea.  We walked to Portknockie, where we saw the Bow Fiddle Rock, and then on to Jenny's Well down at the beach before Cullen, and then walked along the sands to the town and our waiting coach.

Had a half an hour break at Cullen, short because we had a long way to travel home, but the HG and I managed to sneak a coffee and cake in the Rockpool Café!  We were not the only ones!

We then travelled on to Auchterarder, where we had arranged for a meal at the Golf Clubhouse.  After a good meal and a drink or two we continued home, tired but happy.

Now it's back to auld claes and purrige!!!!
