Guac
I'm not a massive fan of avacado, but I like my home made guacamole. Made some up for chicken wraps tomorrow. Looks a bit like something you'd find at the hospital but it tastes good! I read that it you leave the stone in it stops it from going brown? Not sure if that's true, but it seems to work!
