Abstract Thursday - Amaryllis

Here is the original of this, so you can see my amaryllis in it's full glory.  It is looking real good.

My other amaryllis bulb has two stems but it is just beginning to open so it will be almost a week before it is in full glory.

Today started out with crazy weather.  Winds, high gusts, heavy rain with some hail.  The weather was severe enough to cause the morning flights at the airport (ILM) to be cancelled.  It's noon now and the sun is shining but there is still gusting winds.

I've got household things to do this afternoon before heading out to our monthly MS support meeting.
