Dull and wet but a good walk along the beach nonetheless. It was the first walk with my friends who have lost one of their two dogs to cancer. She was only four and she was a real live wire and very like mine in nature.

Apparently dolphins were spotted in this bay on 14 August - how could I have missed them? I don't suppose you see them from the beach or that's what I'm telling myself.
