Dream Catcher

We went for a walk in Rydal Hall woods and came across this old hand woven web in the tree. Made from Herdwick wool and glass, it is an old dream catcher!
The dream catchers filter the dreams from the air and catch in the web troublesome thoughts only allowing what is beautiful to pass through the eyes. The wind shakes the dreams free to settle with those passing through the woods.
