Babbling brook?

Almost. This is actually  a water feature outside a local Bass Pro Shop. Pretty but artificial. The extra is a view in the other direction of the US Air Force Academy. The spikes in the middle belong to the chapel while the building on the right that looks like an airplane tail is a new leadership building. It is pointed North as a character reminder.
