Mini dragon born!

Well baby emu actually.
Some of you expressed an interest in the progress of no1 son's emu eggs.
Well progress, when a couple of days ago little cracks appeared in one of the eggs and then, earlier today we were met with the sight shown in the blip.
I think it looks like a baby dragon!  I say "it" because apparently you (we!) can't tell the sex until she starts to lay eggs.....or not!
Extra photo shows it a few hours later after it had regained some of the energy expended getting out of the very tough shell which had been home  for 60 days.
We will show some more pics as it matures and possibly some of no1 son chasing it down the road when it escapes!
