NOT SO POPLAR

Spent nine months attempting to get a tree report on two Poplar's in next doors gardens, today I had an answer, not our responsibility!, trouble is the land is owned by X and they lease it to Y who rent it off to Z, Algebra was never my strong point so I hope it doesn't blow over in the storms to come.
