Frozen Spinach

Never mind the iceberg lettuce crisis what about the spinach?  Not a gramme or an ounce to be found chez Mr T's this week.  So the dahl was made with frozen.  I'm not sure anyone but me realised how that particular crisis had been overcome.

Worked from home today mainly pulling together numbers and checking to see if there was a hope that the annual targets would be achieved.  The outcome was promising.
