Dinghy work

The leaky dinghy cover caused major problems, not helped by the fact Travis Perkins' far eastern marine ply delaminates when wetted for any length of time.
Cut out the offending parts and prepared the surfaces for reglassing..
Need to get some proper wood toute suite to make a new thwart.
