Back in the mudroom.

Well here we are back into the mudroom for the 2017 season!   wow, how crazy fast the time is going!   After 2 months off i'm actually quite happy to be in there...albeit on a much smaller scale.  Instead of heading over at 9am i'm aiming for 10.30sh to start the wood stove.....then an hour or so later can comfortably work there!   Started off on monday with some small bowls....36 of them.   yesterday i was out doing stuff in Sydney and so today i've trimmed them.  

Freezing rain and all sorts of wild stuff out there today.

Listening to a great book on CD....The Girl who Kicked the Hornets Nest!  i've either read of listened to the other 2 in the series....and i think i might have seen the 3rd one as a movie...but there's nothing like having the story read to you!  So altho some of it is sounding familiar, it's still gripping and i can't remember what exactly happens!!!

Discovered the other day that Terry's passport has expired...we're heading to Cuba on the 22nd March.....luckily renewing the passport isn't the same issue as getting a new one...which i had to deal with last year...so he's off to Glace Bay, hopefully it'll all go smoothly!
